What to know this cycle (2026/2027): DELSU has confirmed a general JAMB cutoff of 150 for most courses, with no written CBT Post-UTME exam — screening is based on JAMB score and O'Level results submitted through the official portal. As of writing, DELSU has not yet released the full fresh departmental cut-off list for 2026/2027; only a handful of course-specific figures have been officially confirmed so far: Nursing Science (200), Medicine and Surgery (220), Pharmacy (200), Engineering programmes (160), Political Science (160), Mass Communication (160), Computer Science (150), and Microbiology (150).
Only courses with a confirmed 2026/2027 cutoff are listed here for now. The remaining faculties (Law, Dentistry, most of Education, Arts, Management Sciences, etc.) will be added once DELSU publishes its full departmental cut-off list — avoid treating the 150 general floor as the actual admission bar for competitive programmes in those faculties.
